This supreme Junmai Daiginjo has an elegant, with rich notes on the nose, and makes you feel full and have a rich aftertaste. “Yamadan-nishiki” called “The best brand of Sake rice”is used and polished down to 28% for three days and three nights. This sake is brewed delicately with great amount of effort and time by Hitoshi Kato, Toji of Goshono brewery.
